Memorial day Weekend - May 26 - 28, 2007: 2nd Annual Black Powder Fest*
   The first Annual Black Powder Fest, Memorial Day Weekend, May 27th-29th at Roundup, Montana. There will be a parade on Sunday, May 28th. Everyone is invited to participate in the events or simply watch the historic demos about life in 1840 Montana.  Near intersection of Hwy. 12W and Hwy. 87S at the New Mike Klein Traveler's Rest Park in Roundup, Montana, Memorial Day Weekend.  This event will offer an opportunity to see and experience true and historically accurate enactment of the 1840's Montana Rendezvous Camp.  The event will include a Diamond Fly Tent and an entire camp from the 1840's period as well as: Flint Knapping, Tomahawk Throws, Rifle Demonstrations, Archery Demonstrations, Trade Blankets; and a Lead Ball (bullet) making.  For a small donation, the public will be able to try their hand at shooting, archery, children's period games and tomahawk throws.  For additional information call: Mary 323-1974 or the Chamber Office 323-1966.
